09 / Patient Concerns

How the practice answers the four most common worries

Will it hurt?
The practice offers nitrous oxide sedation and a range of comfort amenities including warm blankets, pillows, movie glasses for children, and coffee and tea in the waiting area. The team’s non-judgmental approach is designed to ease anxiety before any procedure begins.
Will I be judged?
The practice explicitly markets non-judgmental dental care for patients who haven’t visited for years. Dr Braden says “we don’t ever want anyone to feel like they’re just a number” — and patient testimonials consistently reference the welcoming, pressure-free environment.
How much will it cost?
Third-party financing is available via CareCredit and LendingClub. The practice accepts most PPO insurance plans. An in-house Membership Club is available for uninsured patients, covering preventive care plus a 12% discount on other services. One patient testimonial notes Dr Braden “listened to what I wanted and was flexible and met my budget.”
What if I need a lot of work?
For complex cases, the Digital Smile Design workflow lets patients see “what their ideal smile looks like live, not a photoshopped image, before committing to any significant investment of time and money.” Treatment is planned around the patient’s own terms and budget, with no pressure.
